Why it’s in

A standard research tool for small-drone autonomy and swarms, open source from firmware to documentation, with swarm and ROS support.
From Bitcraze in Malmö, Sweden, which has built Crazyflies since 2011; the brushless model stays compatible with the Crazyflie 2.x deck ecosystem (except the LED ring).
Brushless motors add payload, agility and robustness compared with the classic Crazyflie.

What bothers us

Autonomous flight needs add-ons: a positioning deck (Flow or Lighthouse) and the Crazyradio dongle are not in the drone-only box.
10-minute flights and a 40 g payload: an indoor research tool, not a camera drone.
The AI bundle with the AI camera deck is temporarily out of stock.
